Your role: Data Science Senior Manager
You will advise on and lead AI applications for our existing and prospective clients and deliver value. This will be primarily focused on virtual agent work but will differ pending on client needs.
You will be part of one global network, tapping into the deep expertise of our Applied Intelligence practice and be faced with boundary less opportunities to excel.
Drive the growth of your team and build a diverse, entrepreneurial team of professionals with both qualitative and quantitative backgrounds using data-driven and insights-led approaches to respond quickly in a dynamic and ever-changing market
Work directly with business leaders and influence them with compelling ideas based on data insights that will exceed business expectations
Manage multiple projects across a range of industries focusing on providing our clients with evidence-based solutions
Leading the Data team, managing their performance and designing and contributing to the implementation of their key goals
Determining and planning the application of data science and machine learning to the company’s goals
Develop and lead the delivery of communications and reporting to explain the output of work and data analysis to both internal and client stakeholders
Mobilize the team to proactively respond to critical situations within an area of expertise (machine learning, NLP, etc) either internally for Accenture or at client engagements.
Be a Data Science expert with a focus to inform intelligent transformation initiatives bringing a pragmatic lens to the utilization of data to advance client outcomes
Partner with our multi-capability teams to design and implement data driven solutions
Develop client relationships gaining recognition as a trusted client adviser
Create new data led propositions to grow existing and new client accounts
Create intuitive models to solve client problems with realistic and understandable metrics.
Apply expertise in data science, machine learning and consulting skills in end to end client engagements from ideation, prototyping, solution building to operationalization
Set Yourself Apart: Skills & Experience.
Progressive expertise in R and/or Python (other scientific languages are advantageous)
Qualifications in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or similar areas
10+ years of experience in Data Science, Consulting deploying machine learning algorithms in analytics-enabled digital transformations
5+ years in a people management role
Demonstrated experience within management consulting and the ability to effectively advise clients on AI specific solutions is highly desirable
Core Technical Skills:
Natural Language Understanding, Predictive Modelling, Conversational (Virtual Agent) solution and Narrative Science
Speech to text, Text to speech etc
Computer vision, face recognition, handwriting recognition etc
Apache Spark, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Mathematical Programming, Sentiment analysis etc
Salary range for this role: $180,000-$230,000
