ATI Restoration, LLC Senior Accountant in Anaheim, California
Collaborates with the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams, evaluating and identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in accordance with industry best practices.
Works directly with accounting teams to review and implement best practices for sales and use tax accruals and application in all 23+ states in which we have nexus.
Audits work flow to ensure that accounting transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with best practices.
Assists auditors with access to confidential financial information, and provides general support as needed for all accounting/finance audits.
Assists the Assistant Controller with a variety of other related tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
CPA or CPA designation is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Strong working knowledge of fully cycle accounting and financial processes.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel skills required) and financial ERP/general ledger systems
Displays vast knowledge of math and exceptional accounting skills.
Possesses strong leadership skills.
Has excellent critical thinking as well as analytical skills.
Exhibits strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant technology.
Possesses exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Has strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
