Role Overview:The Information Management Services - Business Aviation team is seeking a dynamic individual to support the optimization of the network of 100+ world-wide suppliers while ensuring timely payment processing while maintaining vendor relationshipsPrimary Responsibilities:

  • Supports senior management across Supply Chain disciplines to identify gaps in processes and implementations; Conducts root cause analysis and identifies strategies to bridge the gaps.

  • Supports implementation of identified processes and monitors to closure.

  • Supports identification of opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

  • Adheres to import, export, and excise regulation as per compliance.

  • Develops the analysis associated with vendor compliance and reporting.

  • Performs major responsibilities across multiple supply chain disciplines on a regular basis.

  • Monitors and maintains the Purchase Order process in conjunction with the corporate purchasing organization.

  • Analysis and approval of vendor billing - dispute management, optimization, etc.

  • Tracking metrics.

  • Perform supply chain activities that cannot be attributed to a defined discipline.

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Office Suite - Excel. Powerpoint, Word

  • Finance, vendor management, contract administration or program management experience.

  • Exemplary people and communications skills coupled with the savvy and maturity needed to garner the respect of senior management and internal clients.

  • Positive, self-starter, adaptable, detail-oriented.

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the aerospace industry

  • Degree in accounting or finance or related

  • Demonstrated history being able to predict and forecast using data and metrics.

  • Experience with planning and budgeting

  • SAP experience is preferred

Basic Qualifications:

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 3 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required.
