Job Description

Provides administrative support to individuals or department. Performs general clerical and general office duties involving typing, record and file maintenance, mail distribution, answering telephones, writing memos, etc. as directed. Can also input data into spreadsheets and/or databases. Follows established procedures, methods and practices. Devotes more than 20% of time to clerical work.

Performs advanced administrative duties using standards and prescribed procedures with limited supervision. Duties may include overseeing a specific process by compiling and assembling information and directing work flow, monitoring a program or procedure to ensure conformity to standards, preparing reports for management both inside and outside the company, or composing correspondence. Interacts with internal and/or external customers to answer questions that require in-depth knowledge of the function, research, and resolve problems within prescribed guidelines, and process transactions within scope of authority.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 years of related experience, strong knowledge of standard organizational operating policies and procedures.
  • Solid office software, office hardware, spreadsheet, and basic PC database skills.
