Job Description This role is a Product Owner in the Scaled Agile Framework who partners with the ATM Channel Strategy team to balance Business, Technology and Design priorities to deliver brand-defining product and service experiences. The position requires the ability to understand strategic impacts but concentrates on the day-to-day details in order to ensure tactical execution.

The Product Owner is responsible for executing the strategy for their area of responsibility based on client and company needs. They are a key resource in backlog management for the customer journey. The Product Owner works hand-in-hand with the ATM Channel Strategy team. The work will span the entire delivery process; from assisting with identification of areas for improvement, to more detailed work in authoring user stories, working closely with technical leads/scrum teams to ensure the solution effectively addresses experience priorities while maintaining technical integrity, and overseeing tactical execution of efforts. Taking a holistic perspective, you will be responsible for delivering the experience within ATM and Teller Connect channels.

Key Responsibilities: • Understand client needs and validate solutions; formulating sound data-based recommendations. • Maintain the team backlog of Features and User Stories and assist in determining Sprint priorities aligned to larger experience journey priorities and vision with Channel Strategy • Serve as a subject matter expert on Features and User Stories • Deliver new experiences by working directly with technology, business and operations partners to define efforts, write requirements and assisting in overall project management, risk management and organizational readiness activities • Perform triage on critical issues, escalating as necessary, and communicating consistently and clearly with all concerned parties • Serve as key resource to development team to answer questions, provide clarifications, and fulfill a quality assurance function, focusing on fitness for use including Client Acceptance Testing coordination, facilitation, execution, defect review and prioritization and signoff • Provide input on the Implementation plan, monitor execution and provide support and guidance as necessary • Update leadership on the Epic and Feature delivery schedule including dependencies impacting deliverables, along with recommended solutions • Partner with Channel Strategy to gather information and feedback for new enhancements and improvements to existing capabilities • Facilitate sprint planning with stakeholder groups to drive alignment and visibility for which features will be built when, and to ensure overall adherence to the product roadmap and enterprise strategic themes • Ensure the delivery team understands the vision and direction for the Product/platform • Work with ATM Channel Strategy to prepare for and participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions to map out the work for the coming quarter • Facilitate sprint demos and provide final acceptance for completed User Stories in Sprint Demos; ensuring that the story meets acceptance crit Qualifications Qualifications: • BA/BS required or equivalently-related professional experience • 5+ years of technology/software product development or software development • Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies; 2+ years desired • Comfort managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment • Ability to translate strategic plans into tactical daily actions for execution • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues • Experience driving the development of journey-based programs and/or partnership-based programs • Problem solver able to define and evaluate alternatives, and translate goals into specific project tasks. • Experience using quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations • Experience partnering with multiple groups (IT, Marketing) to define and execute on a road-map. • Experience in roles which require initiative to drive projects, tenacity to delivery results in a complex environment, and the ability to manage across many projects • Strong attention to detail in both technical and non-technical capacity. • Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation • Articulate, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with all levels of people • Experience in roles requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills & the creation and delivery of succinct executive-level presentations to explain and sell plans/vision
