Teammate will support strategic projects as well as develop and deploy change communication through practical application of change management knowledge, technical capabilities, and interpersonal skills; communication strategies, messaging, tactics, channels, and learning tools and techniques. Teammate will also help lead process design and improvement initiatives as assigned. Accountability: Design and develop high quality, practical readiness components and communication plans that align with program/project objectives. •Understand the business goals the readiness components are to accomplish, and the specific results the business owner expects to achieve •Engage and coordinate content experts to assist with development and review of components •Incorporate innovative approaches to teammate communication •Develop clear and effective project plans/proposals Build and maintain partnership with stakeholders. •Collaborate with the field teammates seeking input/feedback and insights on how to improve effectiveness •Provide thought leadership by staying current on trends and best practices in training and communication development •Anticipate and proactively address concerns and needs of leaders/partners when possible •Ensure STU and appropriate partners are informed of initiatives that would impact new hire training and work with partners to incorporate the appropriate material •Prepare post-implementation debrief documentation Manage/Review projects or processes to ensure change management is developed effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner. •Inform partners and MBB leadership of expectations and best practices. Notify leadership of risks as well as plans/ work to mitigate impact •Demonstrate nimbleness and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment •Establish and use measurement tools and feedback to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions Finalize, package, and publish training/communication materials using a variety of deployment tools •Provide consistency in look and feel •Ensure adherence to the Bank's quality and branding standards •Add creativity and vision to pre-defined templates, tools and approved methodologies Maintain an awareness of intended and unintended consequences of actions. Making sure teammates have what they need to be effective. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience managing highly complex, high impact projects within a line of business at the corporate level. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis. • Proven work experience influencing others (change management) to initiate a recommended course of action to solve a problem or increase efficiency. • Demonstrated strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills. • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and use methodologies. • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to deal with a wide customer set, whose skill bases and objectives may different • Robust presentation skills with experience conveying information in a clear, focused and concise manner.
