Job Description The Performance Management Team delivers incentive plan designs that govern how Private Wealth Management Advisors earn incentive payments. The “Operations Team” operationalizes the design work by developing and executing strategies that depend on collaboration, analytical problem solving and effective communication. The Operations team works with a cadre of business partners to drive: accurate and timely payments, efficient incentive crediting and efficiencies through automation. When we optimize delivery by finding ways to reduce incentive errors, simplify incentive processing for teammates, build efficiencies through automation(such as BOTs) and get teammates paid on time and accurately…..we have aligned with the overall leadership goal of helping advisors spend more time with clients, deepening those relationships and building financial confidence.

This role will lead by example and influence the team to achieve operational excellence by:

  • managing individual and team priorities
  • using analytical abilities to identify root causes
  • problem solving through initiative and collaboration
  • improving process efficiency through automation · Strong skills in and Excel are key. The teammate selected for this role will assist in building an Operations Report card and Dashboard, including metric identification and implementation. This teammate must demonstrate proven proficiency in written and oral communications including the development of executive level PowerPoint presentations. Will be responsible for facilitating training sessions with the team internally as well as Advisor teammates. This teammate must be able to focus on the big picture to successfully prioritize and drive initiatives while also maintaining attention to detail that contributes to accurate and on time incentive crediting and payments.

Experience with EdgeSell preferred


Minimum Requirements: Strong financial acumen; proven strong leadership/coaching experience; strong conceptual thinking and analytical ability; Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy; 7+ years of relevant experience in branch/area management, incentive plan management and/or sales management, preferably with SunTrust or another large bank. Must have advanced excel skills.

Preferred Requirements:
