In this role you will…

Reporting to the Channel and Customer Marketing Team Lead, the Trade Marketing Specialist will create and implement the commercial strategy in the Pharmacy channel.

In this role, your responsibilities would include the following:

  • Implement channel trade strategies, to guarantee canvass executions.

  • Understand shoppers and customers’ needs in order to increase sell-out performance.

  • Work closely with Sales and Sellout field force to ensure brilliant execution and deployment of the strategy in the Point of sale.

  • Guarantee continuous alignment with all stakeholders (marketing, sales, demand, finance, etc..) regarding commercial execution activities.

  • Manage relation with external partner and agency (merchandising, in store activities, agencies, etc...).

  • Monitor and follow up all commercial strategies execution in order to leverage good performance and set corrective actions if needed.

  • Manage assigned budget with ROI monitoring approach.

  • Analysis of competitors plans and strategies.

Why you?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • University Degree in Economics, Marketing or similar field.

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industry.

  • Previous sales experience managing clients, P&L and knowledge of pharmacy channel are a plus.

  • Passion, curiosity and performance driven approach.

  • Strong commercial acumen & analytic skills.

  • Fluency in English

  • Use of all office package (with focus on powerpoint and excel).

  • Use of sales dashboards and databases to monitor performance.

  • Market data analysis and understanding.
