Business Change Manager – Fiserv Leasing (‘FDGL’)

Fiserv/First Data Global Leasing (FDGL) is the specialist leasing finance business for Fiserv in the UK & ROI. We currently support a number of Joint Venture Bank Partners (e.g. Cardnet & AIB), Direct businesses (e.g. UK Global Business Solutions - GBS) and Independent Sales Organisations (ISO) by providing a range of Lease options for traditional POS Terminals and Rental Agreements for our Clover EPOS solutions.

Profile

A key member of the Fiserv Leasing leadership team. Responsible for delivering complex business change, process improvement initiatives, solution design & strategic projects on time and within budget. Whilst ensuring Leasing business project delivery & operating model governance standards are met.

Deliverables & Responsibilities

  • Managing Business Process, Solution & Change Initiatives – Responsible for owning, managing & driving complex, high priority revenue generating, or strategic projects & solution design. Or component phases of larger programmes, with minimal supervision. Including risk and issue management.

  • Project Delivery & Governance – Ensures all Leasing initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and budget constraints. Following Business Change governance through all phases of the delivery lifecycle, from kick off through to production implementation. Facilitates and manages communications and presentations to business stakeholders of all levels.

  • Leasing systems – Working closely with the Leasing systems team to understand & improve leasing system platforms and provide support & bandwidth. Analyse and provide solutions and guidance to the leasing leadership team. Partner with Fiserv & 3rd Party technical teams as required.

  • Collaboration & team work - Finance, operations, compliance/audit & legal liaison.

  • Business Process mapping & process re-engineering & change management.

  • Reporting – Provides regular reporting on project and initiative status including critical path, dependencies, risks & issues & budgets.

  • Support the GM Leasing & Asset Management, and collaborate with the wider business teams where required.

Pre Entry Requirements

  • Project Management, Business Change, Process Management, Business Intelligence & Systems and Technology experience

  • Relevant professional qualifications – PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Agile, Business Change would be an advantage

  • Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget

  • Proven problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection

  • Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans

  • Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Advanced MS Office Suite Including MS Project, MS Visio & Excel

  • Knowledge Infolease, MSA, Salesforce, SharePoint, IPG, POS, Clover EPOS
