Senior Business Analyst II in
- Act as an intermediary between the client & data/technical team to ensure smooth product implementation * Interview business users to elicit and gather data & business requirements * Advise clients on various regulatory asks and accordingly plan for execution * Document business requirements and translate business terms into functional specifications, and technical requirements for the understanding of the data/ technical team * Document testing scenarios and capture test cases to be used during user acceptance testing * Coordinate with data/ technical teams to ensure proper data is mapped and integrated * Conduct analysis of data, create rules for derived data sets and aggregates as needed * Configure business rules and workflows to meet the business requirements and functional specifications * Develop report and presentation for change requests, development proposals, business cases and other control. * Education: BE/Btech or any other Graduation in relevant stream with MBA (Preferred) * Experience: 5 to 7 years of exp preferred * Experience in regulatory or risk reporting for Banks * Understanding of core bank data (TCS Bancs, Finacle etc.) is required * Must have experience dealing with banking clients and must be able to convert their needs into workable functional requirements Verisk Financial is an equal opportunity employer.
