In this role we are looking for individuals who are passionate about leading data teams and the possibilities of leveraging it to power intelligent, insightful and impactful outcomes. You will be working with some of the best minds and talents in the data space including business stakeholders, architects, application teams, privacy, security, governance etc. We believe in empowering our teams and leaders to take end to end ownership of the outcomes with the highest focus on quality, stability, security and customer satisfaction.
Manage team members including hiring staff, setting team goals, and conducting performance reviews. Lead people, projects, and operations; fosters teamwork and collaboration
Consult with senior management to coordinate activities, prepares presentations and proposals.
Lead in determining technical objectives to complex data engineering challenges.
Manage data engineering strategies and data design changes/suggestions to processes. Provides consultative guidance to enterprise scale teams in improving data engineering programs.
Manage data which supports operational and financial budgets
Direct work schedules, work flow in support of project planning phases for complex solutions.

Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Computer Applications/Science
- Experience in working in Agile (SCRUM) Methodology
