Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator

Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph Required - No Sponsorship

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building a program to strengthen partnerships between the IC and entities such as 1st and 2nd generation American ""heritage communities,"" academia and professional associations.

  • Support the development of IC enterprise recruiting strategies and initiatives.

  • Support CHCO's oversight role of the IC Wounded Warrior Program which provides wounded service members with meaningful work experience through internship opportunities within the IC.

  • Assist with administrative tasks associated with IC Collaborative Recruitment events such as: planning events, coordinating funding, logistical and marketing actions.

  • Contractor shall carry out support functions of the IC Recruitment Committee (ICRC) to include close and personal interactions with the Recruitment and Outreach leads from the IC elements.

  • Activities include long­ term scheduling of the meetings, identifying and researching topics for each monthly meeting; assigning points of contact for presentations (both internal to CHCO and external); setting up the event to include access to the facility(s), meeting room preparation, developing and vetting the briefing before the ICRC, preparing briefing slides and ensuring proper documentation and read-ahead materials for all participants are distributed, following up on outstanding issues or tasking's, and the actual facilitation of the meeting.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4 years experience; without a bachelor’s degree we may be able to substitute with experience .

  • Demonstrated knowledge of human capital programs to include: all associated administrative tasks, tracking and reporting of program metrics, and crafting correspondence to internal and external IC stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience with compiling data from different sources to support program questions from ODNI Management, Congressional inquiries, CDAs, HPSCI and SSCI Briefings on the Hill, etc.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the preparation of HR policies and/or other related governance documents supporting human capital programs and initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience with working with senior government officials under tight deadlines and translate ideas and concepts into professional communication products, including speeches, talking points, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, articles, e-mails to staff, and other communication products, as needed.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of human capital programs to include: all associated administrative tasks, tracking and reporting of program metrics, and crafting correspondence to internal and external IC stakeholders.
