Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all digital-related activities for our brands within the Gut Health & Sleep categories, working closely with Brand Marketing. This includes creating a holistic digital strategy that maps the entire “awareness to loyalty” experience the brands will deliver. Then, this role is also responsible for executing, in close collaboration with Marketing, the implementation of the defined strategy, for both consumers and healthcare professionals, with a clear and detailed plan for paid, owned and earned media channels. It includes leading the transformation of the existing website, to enhance the overall engagement, drive lead acquisition and enable e-commerce. Regarding e-commerce, the Digital Manager will coordinate various cross-functional internal teams, as well as agencies, to drive e-commerce sales in e-retail channels as well as Direct-to-Consumer e-commerce. Finally, this position will lead the execution of all retention-related programs (CRM), to drive loyalty to the brand and continue to build consumer lifetime value.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead execution of digital strategy

  • Develop strategic consumer journey maps, from acquisition to loyalty, for both for consumers and healthcare professionals, partnering with Marketing team

  • Create detailed plan for consumer and healthcare professional acquisition through Paid digital channels (primarily Search, Programmatic and Social)

  • Develop social media organic and paid strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Lead all SEO-related activities, namely technical optimizations and content improvement/release

  • Lead influencer programs to drive new consumer leads to the brand

  • Be able to build Digital Marketing strategy in full independence (without agency) and collaborate closely with agencies for execution

  • Lead website transformation and creation of new e-commerce sales channel:

  • Plan overall website strategy, with clear sitemap structure, feature roadmap and release plan

  • Coordinate content development activities with design and copyright agencies, to ensure best-in-class content on the website

  • Ensure “consumer-first” approach to developing the brand website, through smooth UX and navigation.

  • Drive the development of new e-commerce direct channel, providing day-to-day guidance to agencies

  • Drive loyalty programs to build Consumer Lifetime Value

  • Lead the development of all CRM and Loyalty strategies, and oversee execution of programs

  • Drive engagement with healthcare professionals to foster loyalty and recommendation of the brand

  • Drive referral programs to support consumer acquisition program

  • Coordinate the development of e-mail creative, with design and creative agencies

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience

  • Graduate degree in business/MBA and/or equivalent business experience

  • Experience in Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce is a strong plus

  • Experience driving technology-related projects, namely website launches, is a plus

  • Experience building and executing loyalty-related engagement programs is a plus

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to build and execute Digital strategies without dependency on agencies is required
