IBM UX Designer in CAPITAL FEDERAL, Argentina

Your Role and Responsibilities

The UX specialist is responsible for knowing the end users, through the use of qualitative and quantitative research techniques, with the aim of designing service proposals that meet the needs, expectations and aspirations of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define the user's goals to constantly keep in mind the proper context where interactions should originate.

  • Generate ideas and prototype them in search of a precise solution, including its information architecture

  • Definition of design patterns adapted to the user's objectives.

  • Definition of flows.

  • Apply prototyping techniques according to project stage, in order to advance quickly and obtain quick feedback on the interaction design

  • Design the appearance of complex graphical user interfaces

  • Review of heuristics.

  • Planning and coordinating tasks of the practice to improve the user experience.

  • Organize and apply techniques to address user behavior.

  • Guide the process to create and discover within a project.

  • Document and communicate with the client and the development team.

  • Understand the data model of the application as a source of iteration to improve the user experience

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience of more than 3 years working in practice in multidisciplinary teams, in collaborative environments

  • At least 1 year working in squad mode (cell) together with developers (familiar with the IT language and

  • Management of the Suite Suite of Adobe XD and Axure

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

It will be valued that you have knowledge / experience in:

  • Design Systems application in the design of digital products.

  • Current processes and methodologies (eg Design Thinking, Design Sprint, etc)

  • Experience in Mobile Application Design

  • Advanced English skills
