ERP Systems Manager
In this role you will focus on ensuring that Financials ERP systems are functioning optimally and are compliant with associated regulations and standards. Responsibilities include implementation, enhancement and maintenance of ERP appliations in collaboration with business stakeholders; collaborating on and implementing information security controls as well as back-up and disaster recovery processes; overseeing installation, maintenance, and upgrades; ensuring service levels meet business needs; and owning responses to regulatory, compliance, or risk inquiries.
Implement, Enhance and Maintain General Ledger, Finance Accounting Hub and Fixed Assets Management modules within Oracle Financials Cloud (aka Fusion) application
Oversee SDLC activities like Requirement analysis, Functional and Technical Design, Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing support and Production Deployment
Ensure that all Business Systems are recorded, continuously updated, and certified in the approved Systems of Record (SORs) including
System / Application Health Checks
General System Inventory
Configuration Management Database
Disaster Recovery runbooks
Support strategic System planning to ensure alignment of the System's disposition to business strategy by Retiring, replacing, or consolidating Systems during their lifecycle as needed by the business.
Partner with the assigned architect to ensure the System remains aligned with target architecture, design standards, and patterns. Formulate strategic plans to update System architecture as necessary
Ensure that the System adheres to the appropriate Information & Technical Security Standards and controls (Application vulnerability management, Database Security, encryption at rest and in transit, appropriate network segmentation, and certificate management and Logging and monitoring).
Ensure that the System adheres to the appropriate Access Management Standards and controls (Profile Based Access, Segregation of Access Administration, and Privileged Access Management).
Develop and execute System upgrade plans to proactively bring component technologies to current versions, and remediate End of Life (EOL), security vulnerabilities, patch management and technical debt to manage the operational risk (application assessments and issue remediation) associated with the System.
Manage System-related technology acquisitions, participate in vendor risk mitigation actions and manage technology vendor relationships for third-party technologies or services (if applicable). Serve as the focal point for vendor interactions required by the System.
Define and ensure that the System meets the required Service Level and Operational Level Agreements (SLAs & OLAs) for availability, recovery, scalability and performance. Enhance system capabilities to meet SLAs and business needs as necessary.
Ensure System adheres to key IT Service Management processes (Change, Incident, and Problem Management).
Ensure System complies with key production readiness and deployment management practices (Software Configuration Management Plans, Version Control Management, and controlled build environments).
BS or equivalent degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Demonstrated competency of 7 to 10 years Implementing, Enhancing and Maintaining the General Ledger, Accounting Hub and Fixed Assets Management modules within Oracle ERP applications like e-business suite or Oracle Financials Cloud (aka Fusion)
Demonstrated competency in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)
Experienced in integrating Oracle Financials ERP applications with other corporate/external applications
Agile experience is preferred
Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry preferred
Experience working within a highly matrixed organization in an in-office or remote setting required
