We are seeking a high energy, self-starter to work optimally across the organization with the goal of understanding operational opportunities, and delivering service solutions to delight customers! The Service Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing reporting & analytical capabilities to support the global Service Operations organization.
Produces monthly standardized management reporting packages on important metrics from a variety of dimensions and levels of aggregation.
Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for service operations.
Analyzes service-related expenses and data associated with such things as labor efficiency, material consumption, subcontracting costs, operational execution, overtime, labor forecasting, labor reporting, service and technician efficiency, and goal attainment.
Provides a wide variety of ad hoc support for service operations and operations and systems management; include sophisticated modeling and expertly packaged presentations.
Actively participate in strategic analysis with service operations management, including making recommendations on improvements to business processes, labor efficiency, and productivity initiatives.
Proactively data mine and provide analysis on service operations activities, labor and material management, labor forecast accuracy, etc. to provide service management with insightful & impactful information.
Assists in labor, material, service operations analytics, territory, and sales force sizing exercises, including the aggregation of data from a variety of disparate sources & systems into databases and models for data-driven decision making.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Data/Analytics.
Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs.
5 years of business or operations analytics experience.
Validated knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceMax, and other CRMs and databases.
Experience in change management, leading transformation, and scaling for a global organization.
Strong organizational and social skills enable working and collaborating across internal functions and partners.
