The Marketing Segment Strategy Manager - Credit Card position is responsible for partnering with the Credit and Debit Card Product Team to successfully deepen relationships with Huntington customers with new credit cards, acquire new households with credit card and bring to market products and services acting as a key contributor to achieve business goals.
The Marketing Segment Strategy Manager - Credit Card position is highly strategic and complex in nature. Working with nominal direction, the Strategist will possess an insightful marketing vision for the segment.
Communicate thoroughly with stakeholders to build awareness of the marketing strategy and impact to the business.
Align messaging and positioning with the Huntington brand and ‘Looking Out For People’ philosophy to uniquely differentiate our products and services in the marketplace.
Possess a deep understanding of business segment financials, creating a marketing budget and overall strategic marketing plan to help the credit card segment successfully achieve its goals.
Develop business cases for new marketing and product strategies, including multiple tests and financial analysis.
Work with segment and analytics teams to identify target audience opportunities including model development and selection criteria. Optimize campaigns to improve results, efficiencies and reduce costs.
Analyze past results to recommend strategies to improve results and reduce costs.
Ongoing competitor analysis to understand the marketplace and what Huntington can do to differentiate and win customers.
Assist with and review research with segment, to quantify value proposition for inputs to pricing analysis and marketing collateral.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field with 7+ years of credit card marketing experience
Results driven, highly quantitative, analytical and numbers focused
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in written format to a wide audience, including Executive Leadership
Understands the client’s business and collaborates with the clients to meet their objectives.
Plans and manages to annual budget, continually optimizing based on results and priorities.
Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns such as digital, direct mail, email, and banker.
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Works well in a fast-paced, high pressured environment.
Highly organized, efficient and able to multi-task
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with Workfront and Microsoft suite of products.
Minimal Travel, as required.
