Overview Secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts. This individual will be responsible for customer service including providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. Responsibilities * Administrative duties include, processing checks for payment, data entry, printing daily invoices, and taking phone calls from producers and policyholders to assist with billing * Scan daily accounts receivable summaries to appropriate files * Process and/or Print: daily cancellations and or reinstatements * Entering Premium Finance information to policies * Review and process daily cancellations and or reinstatements * Assist in the collections process Qualifications * 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, accounts payable, collections or Customer Service. * Accounting deg ree helpful but not necessary based on experience * Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills * Know how to create spreadsheets and formulas in Excel * Math proficiency * General administrative skills
