Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. Order Management Support Representative in Cookeville, Tennessee
The Order Management Support Representative is detail-oriented team player with exceptional judgment in consumer warranty replacement processes. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working in Hybrid work environment both working remotely and in the call center when needed. This candidate will empathize and provide an excellent level of customer service through written communication and use their knowledge to navigate and resolve customer inquiries and escalations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review incoming receipts request and determines acceptable warranty resolution.
Create shipping and return labels when needed.
Manage and respond to customer feedback, disputes, and claims through third party interfaces
Review customer order notes and statuses to resolve customer inquiries
Work with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution to customer inquiries
May be asked to perform other administration roles as needed such as mail processing and scanning documents
Exemplary punctuality and attendance is required for this position.
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, all employees will be expected to work weekends & holidays.
