Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for receiving, qualifying and working a lead from beginning to prospect. The Representative will develop revenue generation by establishing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. In addition to utilizing internal systems and customer provided information to validate, support and completing the sales process across all the lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with customers and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.

  • Handle Client Account Maintenance including inputting customer information into Salesforce at point of contact,. Manage the lead until prospect status.

  • Communicate the needs of the customer to the Regional Sales Executives

  • Follow up with leads through email and calls to drive prospects and sales.

  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads.

  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.

  • Track, communicate, and work incoming leads within Brinks CRM.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 3 years of sales experience

  • Comfortable talking to C-Level or equivalent

  • Salesforce Knowledge Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Professional Skills:

  • Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work with little direct managerial supervision

  • Detail oriented with focus on accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Sales Force or CRM experience
