Description: HR Associate

Duration: 10/26/2021 to 04/25/2022

Pay Rate: $27.98 - $28.32 per hour (depending on qualifications)

Shift: Monday through Thursday Starting at 8:00AM

Position Summary

The role will support the purchasing of electrical and mechanical raw components to support Medical Device manufacturing.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for requisition assignment / workflow coordination - deliver a positive, consistent experience through all Talent Acquisition touch points.

  • Complete all activities flawlessly to ensure the process is executed in line with the each divisional TA Team Leads directions/guidance (Crop Science, Consumer, Enabling and Pharma Divisions).

  • Ensure the Recruiter is informed of issues when escalation is required so the recruiter can interface with the hiring manager.

  • May help schedule interviews, communicate interview details via the Success Factors system and ensure interviews are executed and documented in the system in line with Bayers competency-based interviewing ("CBI") approach.

  • Escalate issues to manager for additional research to avoid delays in the process.

  • May help coordinate, execute and track onboarding process related activities and ensure a smooth transition of the new hire from TA to business, ensuring responsibility and accountability of the hiring manager.

  • Maintain data in the recruiting system and ensure data quality.

Education Requirement(s):

  • Bachelors degree required with two (2) plus years of interview scheduling , administrative recruiting support, HR equivalent experience OR High school diploma/GED with six (4) plus years of applicable experience

Skill & Competency Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience, additional HR / Staffing experience.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and team orientation.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize workload of multiple activities while maintaining a high level of customer service in a complex and fast paced environment.

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive assignments to their completion.

  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts.

  • Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Outlook skills.Preferences:

  • Knowledge of Success Factors (preferred)
