IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, Alliances and Platforms - Customer Digital Technology Salesforce (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (483783) , Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX.
Provide technical and thought leadership on Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM application design and architecture. Envision application design, builds strategy, and develops a technical solution based on client business requirements and industry best practices within a Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. Work with business analysts to translate functional business requirements and processes into long-term architecture solutions. Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution Help scope, solution, and estimate sales opportunities alongside a delivery lead. Help scope, solution, and estimate sales opportunities alongside a delivery lead, including assisting in SOW creation. Consult with managers to determine the role of IT systems in an organization. Research technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits so that management can decide if IT systems and computing infrastructure enhancements are financially worthwhile
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 -45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 2 years of experience in financial services, specifically in the banking, capital markets, wealth management, private equity or insurance industries
Must have 4 years of experience in implementing Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects through a full lifecycle from requirements gathering to post go live support.
Must have 2 years of experience in XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, or EAI processes.
Must have 2 years of experience in integrations and data migration.
Must have 2 years of experience in Agile Methodology.
Requires travel up to 75%, of which 10% may be international, in order to serve client needs.
