AT&T Lead Product Marketing Manager (FirstNet) in Dallas, Texas
AT&T FirstNet is a 25-Year government contract awarded to AT&T in April 2017.
The FirstNet Business Operations team is part of the FirstNet COO organization and works in both a direct and matrix model to ensure that contractual commitments are delivered in compliance with FirstNet contract.
AT&T has an opening for a Lead Product Marketing Manager in the FirstNet Chief Operations Office (COO), supporting the reporting, tracking, and management of the overall FirstNet program. In addition, role will include utilizing complex data analytics and evolving Public Safety needs to assist in making data-driven decisions to continue to optimize the various processes in place to support FirstNet users.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Identifies, monitors and analyzes internal (e.g. SLAs, cycle times, trouble tickets, error rates, sales feedback) performance parameters in order to position, modify and identify risk-mitigation actions and/or required process improvements.
Provides continuing surveillance and management of FirstNet controls to ensure compliance and isolate root-cause of anomalies.
Leads cross functional teams in presentation and resolution of operational gaps as needed.
Responsible for the tracking success of a group of projects through development and execution.
Responsible for cross-team alignment and governance of FirstNet operational readiness activities.
Provides readout to leadership level as needed.
