To optimize the EMEA Sales Team in 's-Hertogenbosch – The Netherlands, it has been decided to seek an Inside Sales Coordinator.

Position Summary and Responsibilities

Profile

The right candidate will be responsible for managing recurring opportunities, e.g. for subscription and service plans, in corporation with individual territorial Sales Managers, as well assisting Sales Managers with the preparation for new sales proposals/quotes, plus assist with the administrative processes around order processing and related tasks. This includes direct contacts, via email and phone, with customers in countries throughout the EMEA region. Occasional also worldwide in cooperation with teams in other offices, as the EMEA sales team (and other EMEA teams) is an integrated part of the global operations.

In addition, there will be opportunities to handle opportunities for standard products and services, and through direct communication with customers secure sales and agreement on behalf of individual Sales Managers.

The combination of supporting our dynamic Sales Team and being given the opportunity to execute own opportunities, in coordination with the Sales Managers, makes this a versatile role with great opportunities for an eager and enthusiastic individual. As part of our global sales team the right candidate will be directly involved in the effort to maintain and grow Teledyne Geospatial (CARIS and Optech) business unit products and services.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage a large part of the recurring opportunities such as renewal of subscription and service plans. Proactively initiate new agreements directly with customers, as well as handling incoming requests.

  • Support Sales Managers in their sales effort throughout the region. Including proactively assisting sales managers with the planning of specific sales efforts.

  • Assist Sales Managers in preparing offers and agreements.

  • Enter and maintain opportunities and sales efforts in our CRM.

  • Initial lead response and qualification of leads, seeking the right opportunities and assist the Sales Managers pursuing these.

  • Assist with the processing of orders and related administrative processes.

Qualifications

The right candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor level degree or other degree in a Geomatics/Geography related area.

  • Existing sales experience, ideally with CRM experience, is preferred, but the willingness to sell and the desire to promote our solutions is key.

  • Excellent organization skills.

  • Knowledge of hydrographic survey and survey equipment an asset.

  • Knowledge of Lidar and mobile mapping systems an asset.

  • Fluency in English and preferably one or more other European languages.
