Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Sales, Government Services is responsible for growing revenue from strategic sales to new and existing Federal, State, and Local Government Accounts. They are accountable for providing leadership of the strategic solutions/consulting process direct to government organizations while working closely with Divisional Vice Presidents of Sales, territory Agiliti selling teams, as well as internal Finance, Marketing and Legal departments to develop and drive financial results. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Professionally articulate the financial, operational, and clinical value of Agiliti Solutions with target Government customers (DoD, VA, HHS, State, Local, etc.) Ensure that new prospect data base contains current information on revenue potential, close probability, etc. for all prospects. Qualify and maintain client pipeline and reporting tools. Identify and lead high profile individual sales opportunities to close Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Legal, Pricing and all other relevant departments to identify, strategize, consult, sell and implement service with new and existing customers. Provide a knowledge base for team members to employ when necessary. Provide ongoing training and coaching support of team members. Train and develop local Agiliti teams on the federal acquisition process, win strategy, and sales process. Consistently demonstrates strong results orientation and achieves goals. All other projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS BS, BA Degree required (Business degree preferred). Seven or more years' experience in medical equipment consultative sales. Five years government healthcare sales experience required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Proven government solution/consultative sales expertise with entrepreneurial mind-set of business problem solving acuity. Proven ability to interface with internal and external C-Level executives and development understanding and strategic alignment Proven executive presence to include polished public speaking and presentation skills Ability to plan, initiate, communicate, and execute business strategies. Strong customer service orientation Strong work ethic. Effective collaboration and team building skills Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team Knowledge and an understanding of Federal Government and their buying processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt to the audience. Ability to build strong trust and rapport with customers of all levels/positions. Ability to work effectively with all departments within Agiliti. Effectively matches customer needs to the product and service offerings. Knowledge of the medical equipment market-both Agiliti and the competition's models. Proven excellent computer skills: MS Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point), Consultative Sales Process and Customer Management Software skills. Ability to effectively teach information and concepts that lead to increased sales. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Travel up to 60%.
