What You’ll Do:
Lead all aspects of engineering projects to meet capital plan commitments and maintain key stakeholders aligned and communicated
Work with site Subject Matter Experts to review site issues, identify project ask, and translate into an executable capital project
Collaborate with cross functional team and business stakeholders to manage project scope decisions and change controls, escalate when necessary
Collaborate with engineering and cross functional colleagues on best practice application developing a culture of high performance
Use collaboration efforts to design, integration, installation, and support start-up of capital projects
Assist with the implementation of new or improve processes, selection of equipment to purchase and recommendation of optimal machine tooling.
Investigate and troubleshoot any issues with processes or equipment
Ensure all project documentation including project plans, status reports, issues, risks, costs, schedules, and quality components are well documented and communicated throughout the lifecycle of projects
Manage day to day vendor relations, performance, and project expectations, escalate when necessary
Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems
Validating Product Feasibility studies and New Process Standards Development
Duties include all phases of Planning and Project management for all Capital Projects
Works in collaboration with design professionals, construction professionals and finance
What You’ll Bring:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
3+ years of experience in manufacturing
1+ year preferred managing engineering related capital projects
Supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
