As an International Staffing Specialist, you will be in charge for recruitment activities for massive operational positions for both Tech Support and Customer Care. You will design, implement, and support both short and long-term sourcing strategies. Your expertise in the market will promote best practices to attract, screen, and recruit high caliber candidates. As social recruiter you will build a strong online presence of the company to gain the positive feeling about the approach of the organization.

Position is available for Mexico City and Guadalajara location. This is not a Work from Home position

Roles and responsibilities:

You will perform End-to-end recruiting to fill open positions.

You will be responsible for recruiting Social Media strategies, creating and collecting content approved by company standards to increase community volume and foster application volume.

You will continually expand your network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.

You'll secure your recrutiment activities provide customized activities for Hiring Managers’ operational needs, having a direct impact on operational metrics.

You will build and maintain positive partnerships with clients, internal colleagues, and fellow consultants.

What you need to be successful:

More than 5 years proven experience in recruitment strategies, preferably within tecnical support and Customer Care environment.

Previous use of competency assessment tools

Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Understanding of Recruitment 3.0 – online job boards, online CV searches, networking & internet data mining

Experience in passive candidate initiatives, activities, building predictable talent pipelines, social media employer branding, and candidate pipeline creation

Strong relationship, presentation, and communication skills, including an advanced understanding of the English language

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
