Aerotek Project Manager in Hamel, Minnesota


Lead multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver designs and documentation for our internal and external customers with key metrics for schedule, quality, and budget. Assist with formulating engineering project specifications based on customer requirements. Develop project Scope-of-Work for all engineering activity required to deliver a machine or other product. Schedule engineering projects with resource requirement loading. Oversee the project-level design development and analysis, manage technical risk, and encourage innovation. Deploy project team resources to ensure timely design releases, test plans, and design analysis. Track and report on project-level design progress, hour utilization, and costs throughout the project and complete a post-project summary. Responsible for full product development, including mechanical and manufacturing aspects of design using support staff. Facilitate the initial identification of spare parts.

BS in engineering or business 5+ years engineering project management 3+ years MS project Experience as a PM in product development/NPD environment
