iCIMS Sales Operations Intern, Product Data Insights (Summer 2022) in Holmdel, New Jersey

Job Overview As a Sales Operations Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about the operations of a sales team and apply your interest in data and process to make an impact! We'll teach you how to use Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, Promapp, and other tools to support your success in working cross-functionally to document and streamline the communication process between the sales and product teams. You'll research internal cross-functional communication protocols to synthesize and develop recommendations to improve the process for sales and customer feedback prioritization and incorporation into the product roadmap. You’ll also conduct a data analysis on product sales to develop data insights for areas of sales opportunity. You’ll develop recommendations for leadership and present to Executive leaders at the conclusion of your internship. This is an exciting opportunity to learn process mapping, data analysis, project management, executive communication, and more - all of which can support a career in sales, sales operations, finance, business operations, finance, or other careers! Responsibilities Complete Intern orientation including company and departmental orientation. Participate in developmental opportunities, including 35 hours of professional development! Once training is complete, leverage company provided tools including Salesforce, Tableau, Promapp, and Clari to create process maps and synthesize data for trends. Conduct interviews across the organization to gather additional information. Analyze information gathered by interviews and data analysis to make recommendations for improvement. Present findings to leadership. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program. An interest and passion for leveraging data to inform decision making. Ability to learn new technology quickly. Strong project management and planning skills. Ability to identify data trends and provide suggestions for improvement. Preferred Previous experience in a sales or sales operations role, including past internships. Experience with Salesforce, Promapp, Tableau and/or Clari.
