Be part of a dynamic security engineering team working to capture, define, architect, develop, integrate, and sell-off products to government customers. In this role, you will lead tasks such as the following under the direction of the cyber engineering lead:
•Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify Cyber solutions across the lifecycle
•Serve as cyber representative to non-cyber teams supporting requirements understanding, collaborative engagement, and solution identification, design, and implementation
•Conduct cybersecurity evaluation of hardware and/or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements
•Develop Cyber Plans and Procedures
•Support coordination of cyber risk assessments and Cyber Table Top (CTT) reviews
•Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions
•Execute cyber test activities to include test reporting and software assurance (SWA) related activities
•Support program engineering environment to include hardware and software tools as well as equipment and applications to emulate systems and cyber threats

•Experience with cybersecurity concepts and principles
•Possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II, or higher, certification (e.g., Security+, GSEC, etc.) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
•Active interim or final Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
•Strong technical writing skills
•Strong internal and external customer focus
•Strong teamwork skills
•Ability to effectively interact with customers and program management
•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
•Excellent team orientation
•Cybersecurity engineering experience with embedded systems development for DoD
•Software development support experience with DoD embedded systems
•Possess DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA, etc.) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
•Knowledge of Open Source Intelligence and similar methodologies
•Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar
•Experience cyber-hardening operating systems (STIGS or similar)
•Experience cyber-hardening network equipment such as switches, firewalls, routers (STIGS or similar)
•Penetration Testing/Blue/Red Team/CVPA/AA experience as system owner representative or test team
