Responsible for designing, developing and implementing highly complex databases that serve a wide variety of user needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
Designs, develops and implements highly complex database applications *
Analyzes informational needs, elements, data relationships and attributes *
Defines logical attributes and inter-relationships and designs data structures to accommodate database productions, storage, maintenance and accessibility *
Coordinates with the customer on data requirements and appropriate standards *
Supports the use of data standardization practices *
May design and implement applications which access, display and perform processes on the data within the database *
May design and implement triggers and stored procedures which perform business functions within the database *
Maintain tools built with Application Express *
Support the modernization of legacy databases *

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in related field.
Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs
At minimum TOP SECRET clearance required
Experience in Oracle 11g and Oracle 12c
Proficiency in PL/SQL and stored procedures
SQL Server experience
Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Experience in Java Script and .NET/C# technology
