Healogics, Inc HR Operations Administrator in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Summary: The HR Operations Specialist creates Process Excellence in a variety of Human Resources operational functions including, but not limited to: administration of an effective Leaves of Absence Program that ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, the entry of employee data into the HRIS, in accordance with service level guidelines, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data and personnel records. The HR Operations Specialist upholds a high level of confidentiality in all activities. All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Administers an effective Leaves of Absence Program through the appropriate management of the FMLA external vendor, ensuring all leaves and accommodations are documented and handled according to state and federal law and driving Process Excellence in all LOA activity Provides guidance to managers and employees in relation to the LOA process and appropriate interactions and accommodations Ensures Process Excellence in HRIS employee record accuracy in accordance with Healogics policy guidelines. Responsible for maintaining the highest level of data integrity by conducting data audits and making data entry changes. Performs other duties as required.
