Canon USA & Affiliates Manager, Bus Process Reeng in Jamesburg, New Jersey
Responsible for the proposal, implementation and ongoing management of best-in-class cross-functional business processes and management tools to support Canon Solutions America.
Continually reviews the current business processes and the existing Oracle applications solutions supporting them to identify needed changes to support the short and long term strategic director of senior management.
Once change opportunities are identified, responsible for identifying the appropriate project team to plan and implement the change. Will also lead cross functional teams throughout the life of the projects.
Responsible for reporting project progress and issues to senior management on a regular basis, indicating impact (centralization, cost savings, etc.)
As a "Champion of Change", must be comfortable discussing business and systems issues openly with senior management while proposing appropriate automated or manual solutions to remedy those deficiencies.
Identifies, recruits, retains and mentors high potential direct reports.
Becomes extremely comfortable with all business areas and provide process and system overall direction to all areas.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
Master's degree preferred.
Industry experience in Oracle ERP and Oracle CRM preferred.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast paced environment.
Experience in designing, developing and implementing business solutions around Oracle's eBusiness Suite of products.
Ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
Ability to develop flexible and solid organization to support an ever demanding business climate.
May require frequent travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
Oracle certifications a plus.
