We are looking for individuals who can deliver an experiential selling experience through the use of Client Garages to deliver client-centric innovation and outcomes.

What will I be doing?

  • Educating and enabling clients to embrace the Garage's start-up mentality

  • Embedding and leading the Garage's ceremonies

  • Provide advisory and delivery governance across Garage engagements

  • Accountable for the successful implementation, delivery, and expansion of IBM Garage

  • Resolution or escalation of recurring and/or ageing impediments

  • Scaling digital transformation

  • Organisational alignment and senior stakeholder management across multiple Garage engagements

What skills will I need?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders of all levels

  • Strong communication - both verbal and written

  • Ability to influence and negotiate

  • Quick to think on your feet

  • Problem solving

  • Mentor and lead a team of practitioners

  • Able to work with ambiguity

Relevant experience?

  • Experience demonstrating analytical ability, creativity and judgment in analysing, developing and implementing software solutions to complex requirements.

  • Experience demonstrating refines, recommends, and implements strategy and solutions which deliver customer value and satisfaction through technology.

  • Blend of both start-up and large organisation experience (preferred)

  • Leads professional teams to produce quality-centric outcomes and contributes to Product Management and planning activities, ensuring that development practices align with the business and end customer need.
