which sustain the mission of the Cryptologic & Cyber Systems Division (HNC).

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: Requires an understand of national security, order of battle, and national-level war planning to effectively execute programs locally in support of a national mission. Incumbent must be knowledgeable of Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) deployment goals, procedures, and policies, as well as guidelines for executing and evaluating exercises.Guidelines are available in the form of broad JCS, DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, and JBSA San Antonio policies, directives, and plans. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of national, DoD, Air Force, state and local level emergency management, anti-terrorism, unit

deployment and health monitoring policies, regulations, practices and processes.

  1. Knowledge and theories of support planning, development and execution sufficient to coordinate and integrate

functions into a total, well-structured and viable program/project.

  1. Knowledge of security and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) policies/practices to ensure the safeguarding

of classified and sensitive information.

  1. Skill in program analysis and evaluation (e.g. analysis of program policies, resource estimates and utilization,

balances within and between programs) including program issues and analytical techniques to measure progress

toward objectives and to identify actual or potential problems, trends, and accomplishments.)

  1. Ability to effectively organize and analyze information, produce reports, position papers, and briefings that are

responsive to the specific needs of Division management; present clear and concise findings, and effectively

advocate for a position.

  1. Ability to plan, develop, coordinate, establish relationships, enhance and execute assigned programs/projects to

ensure optimal achievement of objectives.

  1. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; and maintain good working relationships. Ability

to work effectively with a diverse group with a common objective. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE: Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge and skills that can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
