We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Accounts Payable Team at a top client of ours! This position requires attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work well under pressure. Job Responsibilities include:
Review and enter invoices
Monitor invoices for overdue approvals
Process weekly settlement runs via ACH, WIRE, and check
Assist with other general accounting tasks and projects as assigned
Proficient in Excel and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
Recent experience with big ERP (Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, Workday Financials, etc.) a plus
