- Review process
a. Sr. management training on reviews
b. Objective measurements among support staff
c. Scheduling and administering reviews – 360 review (June); performance review (Dec)
d. Ensuring employee folders up to date
a. Maintain and update as needed

a. Implement processes focused on culture enhancement
b. Plan and execute events
