Our engineering team is focused on providing innovative solutions that maximize the soldier’s effectiveness on the battlefield. As a Sr. PWB Designer you will be involved in many phases of the design process, from concept to prototype integration to production.

  • Work closely with EE’s and ME’s to ensure PWB manufacturability with an emphasis on cost, reliability and yield (DFM).

  • Create PWB drawing packages including Fabrication Drawing, Assembly Drawing, gerber files, etc.

  • Work with Allegro Constraint Manager.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

  • Minimum of five years PWB design experience with the Cadence Allegro layout tool suite.

  • Experience with the layout of high-speed digital and precision analog circuitry on high-density, multi-layer, surface mount PWBs utilizing blind/buried via technologies, stacked micro vias, differential impedance, and DDR4.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Flex and Rigid-Flex-Rigid designs a plus.

  • Familiar with IPC specifications for raw PWB’s (IPC-600), specifications relative to PWB fabrication (IPC-6012, 6013) and PWB assembly (IPC-610).

  • Familiarity with Autocad tools a plus.

  • Familiarity with OrCAD Design Capture CIS tools a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
