DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc. Quality Inspector in Los Angeles, California
Masterite Division of DCX-CHOL Enterprises is currently seeking an experienced full time Quality Inspector with the following qualifications and experience:
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Follow all PCB procedures and forms in compliance with the quality management system. Responsible for department inspection process and component dimensional, visual and associated specifications verification. Responsible for maintenance of inspection records demonstrating component lot traceability.
Generates, updates, and maintains records of quality control documentation such as Discrepant Material Reports, department procedures, customer and supplier product certificates and their storage and traceability to inspected items. Accurately maintains inspection software for inspection process.
Excellent attention to detail as well as organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. Professionalism in work output and demeanor, and comfortable reading engineering drawings and other technical documents
Electronic (soldering, crimping, wiring etc.) and mechanical (dimensional) inspection
Experience reading and deciphering blueprints, performing FAIR dimensional inspection reports.
Performs in-process inspection, final inspection, and tool calibration as required to support the inspection department.
Maintain area neat and clean and adhere to all company safety rules and regulations.
Other duties are necessary to maintain the necessary levels of production.
can work overtime as needed and weekends when needed.
Ensures department calibration equipment is within due dates.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience and Education Required
· High School or Equivalent with experience.
· Able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
· Blueprint reading
· Basic Math
· Aerospace Experience is a plus.
· Basic computer skills, including MS Office
· Knowledge of various types of measuring instruments
· 2 years minimum experience inspecting PWB to IPC-610, J-STD-001 workmanship standards.
