Aerotek Client Services Specialist in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

Description:

Be the first point of contact when guests arrive, greet them offer refreshments.

Get guests and clients checked in and notify the appropriate party.

Answer incoming calls, majority of calls will be transferring to the correct person.

Ordering lunch for clients, arranging delivery or picking up meals.

Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms before and after meetings.

Receive, sort, distribute, and send out mail.

Order general office supply.

Assist accounting department in general duties such as stamping bills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years of administrative assistant experience

1+ years of experience working in Microsoft office
