Position Description :
Responsibilities as the Surgery Center Administrator include oversight of staff, equipment, vendor supply negotiation, transaction processing, and partnership development. Competency in HR Policies including knowledge with AAAHC Accreditation and surveys is a huge plus as well. Administrator will oversee the facility with primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer and surgeon expectations and improve clinical and financial targets.
Minimum Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
5-8 Years required
8 plus preferred
