Executes and supports Harvest Table Proprietary Concept Strategy (residential and retail restaurants) and is responsible for the Proprietary Portfolio of both new and existing concepts relative to training, adherence to standards and performance. Serves as a brand coach, assisting account teams with interpretation, understanding and execution of brand requirements, ensuring that concepts consistently deliver a guest experience aligned with Harvest Table's mission and values. Reports directly to the Director of Guest Experience with regular collaboration with the Harvest Table Brand Team and Culinary Brigade. Plans and provides on-site assistance for the opening of concepts and/or account transformations.

Key Attributes and Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Schedules and conducts training of standards and strategies for all proprietary solutions including, but not limited to: Y.E.S. culture training, The Harvest Table Effect/Telling Our Food Story, Digital platforms, and new retail brands.

  • Collaborates regularly with the Harvest Table Leadership Team (including the Culinary Brigade, Health and Wellness Team, and the Brand Team) to identify specific account and/or individual training needs to ensure we provide authentic, collaborative, and personalized experiences.

  • Creates "Harvest Table Effect" account level strategies and support.

  • Ensure accounts are creating "The Harvest Table Effect" and accurately telling our food story. Surfaces needed resources to improve performance.

  • Communicates successes and challenges to the Harvest Table Leadership Team.

  • Has finger on the pulse of homegrown (local account created) innovations. Communicates these programs to Director of Guest Experience and Harvest Table Brand Team for scale across the brand.

  • Serves as a brand emulator rooted in the Harvest Table way.

  • Supports new business development and retention efforts in collaboration with the Harvest Table Leadership Team.

  • Assists in new account openings and Aramark transformations by ensuring the brand is implemented correctly.

  • Conducts site visits as needed or by request to coach and assist account teams in the proper execution of the brand/proprietary concepts.

  • Partners with and support local account teams to develop and implement plans to improve upon current performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration or other related field

  • Position may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of up to 20lbs

  • Experience in training of guest service associates and account management teams

  • Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time

  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and experience to make informed decisions; proven experience (3+ years) with effective client communications/interactions

  • Strong written, verbal, and technical (computer) communication skills with thorough attention to detail

  • Superior program management skills, including demonstrated ability to drive clear results and actions with consistent and clear performance communications

  • Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
