Your Role and Responsibilities
The Risk and Compliance Practice of IBM is a leading provider of Anti-Money Laundering Compliance business process outsourcing services, with a growing global delivery footprint. We are seeking a Global Delivery Leader, who will ensure global alignment and standardization of all delivery activities and will drive the company’s overall strategic direction and growth. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Delivery and Client Success and provides leadership to a global team of Site Delivery Leaders (SDL).
This position will lead high priority initiatives and must deliver against aggressive growth targets for the business and the expansion of the global delivery footprint by collaborating with Executive Management, Finance and Operations, Business Controls, IT, HR/Resource Management, Quality Assurance/Training, Sales, Solutions and other IBM teams.
Scope of Work:
Provides strategic leadership and direction to global delivery teams of over 1000.
Develops the overarching operational vision, client strategy and delivery roadmap for business in conjunction with senior management and other business partners.
Support IBM Sales Executives and Client Solutions Executives on new and existing business development and building meaningful relationships with key partners, clients and prospects.
Partner with the Sales, Solutions and other IBM teams and participate in the development of client solutions, pricing proposal and RFP responses.
Participates in the implementation of new contracts and global engagements, ensuring global standardization on the direction of the operational functions.
Provides business direction and timely execution against contractual deliverables and budgets.
Develop and execute against action plans to effect continuous process improvement.
Partners with internal and external stakeholders to implement technology solutions that drive increased efficiency and effectiveness into business processes.
Leads client meetings with a focus on delivery execution for all ongoing engagements as well as maintaining client relationships including, managing complex issue escalations as necessary and ensuring contractual adherence for all parties.
Partners with executive leadership to develop, drive and execute growth strategy.
Successfully delivers against financial forecast and revenue targets.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years of operational experience within the financial services or BPO industries. AML, KYC or related compliance experience preferred.
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in a production environment, with experience leading multiple global teams of 500 or more.
Strong project management skills and the ability to proactively manage multiple/changing priorities and deadlines.
Experience developing and managing large scale delivery teams.
Proven track record of implementing operational process improvement projects globally.
Strong client relationship management experience with multiple global stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Excellent computer skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Must possess critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills to be used in operational planning and evaluation.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
CAMS/ACAMS certification preferred.
Must be able to lead in a fast paced, high intensity, high demand, and deadline driven environment.
