Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience infrastructure event management

Minimum of 2 years experience capacity performance monitoring

Ability to work odd hours 12pm 9pm Monday Friday 2 roles are being requested to allow for backup.

Also Holidays as needed including Christmas, New Years etc. Project will be operational 365 days a year. NOC Monitoring team will be responsible for monitoring the performance and capacity of network, UNIX, Wintel, AWS and application systems using a variety of tools. They will look for hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunctions. When an issue is identified, NOC Analysts will work to determine the cause and escalate appropriately. ServiceNow is used for Incident Mgmt.NOC Monitoring personnel are responsible for responding to incidents, documentation of all issues and ensure warm handoffs to receiving teams updating the ServiceNow and associated records, Log Analyzers and Alerting software as appropriate. Hours can vary at times team works together to make sure there is coverage 24x7x365 Perform event monitoring of system generated and manual identification of events.Communication with technical engineering teams as well as client vendors is a key skill requirement.Documentation skills with Microsoft office is a must. Nice to have working familiarity with monitoring toolsets such as Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, TPX Orchestrator, Solar Winds, Monitoring Incident Mgmt in ServiceNow etc

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
