IBM Junior Windows System Administrator - IBM CIC in PARIS, France
As a Junior System Administrator, you are part of a responsible team, able to intervene when there is a malfunction in the system layers of our customers' IS. You will receive incidents reported by users. You will need to be able to diagnose and resolve them in order to guarantee quality service, on time.
You Participate with the IBMs Teams to a mission of advices in terms of configuration. You evaluate and anticipate the customer needs, ensure a technical watch and facilitate the integration of new tools to the Customer
Your Role and Responsibilities
Install, manage, administer and ensure system support, in order to maintain our customers' servers in operational condition.
Intervene in expertise Level 1/2 on incidents and problem solving.
Propose continuous improvement actions aimed at strengthening the robustness and reliability of our customers' information systems and developing the automation of operations.
Ensure compliance with operating and security standards during the implementation of solutions on applications.
Regularly audit the information systems in order to prevent any incidents.
Good communication, adaptation and teamwork skills

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Administration of operating system Windows
Knowledge of supervision and logging
Scripting: Python, Bash, Shell Scripting, PHP
Knowledge of security principle of systems, and network (anti-DDOS, Patchs qualification and security..)
Knowledge of Systems Architecture (high availability, load balancing..)
Devops usage (ex. Ansible)
Technological environments in Cloud: Iaas, Paas (ex. Kubernetes, Docker, Openstack, Vmware..)
Experience in the distributed field. Significant experience within one or more large accounts.
Be autonomous in incident management, and migration, maintenance and version upgrades
Experience in debugging problems (ITIL approach), interacting with labs and engineers from other platforms on infrastructures deployed in a datacenter
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Significant experience in operating IT production systems is a plus (Redhat, Vmware, Aix Systems)
