Splunk Non-Profit Pledge Success Manager in Patterson, California

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and continuously improve the Pledge program for nonprofit, academic and research institutions to support Global Impact objectives.

  • Lead/support cross-functional efforts to enhance Splunk’s nonprofit cloud product offering to meet nonprofit partner needs while supporting corporate priorities and initiatives.

  • Apply Splunk’s customer journey to the Pledge program to capture and increase renewal rates, usage, partner satisfaction metrics, customer conversions, and other impact metrics as appropriate.

  • Apply Splunk’s customer onboarding process to the Pledge program.

  • Ensure partners understand what success with Splunk will look like, plan to get there,

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to develop, implement, and leverage a skills-based volunteer program to support partner onboarding, adoption, and services that accelerate time to value for partners.

  • Monitor health and adoption of partners to ensure partners are healthy, satisfied, and maximizing the potential/expected value from Splunk.

  • Identify and confirm the product or use case expansion opportunity.

  • Lead/support cross-functional efforts to develop and implement clear and smooth sales transition and IIT intake process as appropriate.

  • Mobilize IIT and/or sales team as appropriate to kick off the Sales and/or IIT process as appropriate.

  • Develop and implement a robust renewal and customer conversion strategy.

  • Lead/support cross-functional efforts to develop, implement, and maintain systems and processes to ensure positive and efficient user experience and high data quality and reporting. Continually optimize process and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement clear and efficient workflows. Document workflows with roles and responsibilities and data capture overlay as appropriate. Continually optimize process for both internal and external stakeholders. Keep documentation current.

  • Track and report on critical metrics.

  • Manage and strengthen key partnerships.

  • Working closely with the Global Impact Leadership team, support the development and implementation of Global Impact’s thought leadership and brand advocacy plans.

  • Support Global Impact objectives by leading/supporting other projects as assigned.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management and/or experience in an analytical role

  • such as consulting, strategy, operations or related discipline

  • Passion for driving impact

  • Experience with program design, project management and measurement.

  • Exceptional written and presentation skills for high-visibility storytelling, both internally and externally.
