Position Summary:

As leader of the Sports & Entertainment Insights & Analytics team, the Vice President, Insights & Analytics is responsible for leading the Insights & Analytics strategy through the generation of insights that inform broader business strategy to drive growth and enhanced consumer experiences. In this role, the individual will lead initiatives to generate insights and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop business strategy. This individual will be responsible for leading activities related to identifying key growth drivers and opportunities for differentiation for Sports & Entertainment.

This individual will combine strong leadership skills and analytical expertise to develop and communicate insights that will shape strategic direction and priority for the business. This individual will work to formulate analytics requirements to drive consumer insights. Additionally, this individual will work closely with all functions, including the Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Information Technology, Culinary, Retail, Communications and Aramark's Strategic Assets to develop key strategies and create implementation plans that drive desired results and accountability. This individual must also work collaboratively with key functions outside of Sports & Entertainment to drive necessary programs and processes.

This position will report to the President of Sports & Entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of long and short-term strategies for the Line of Business as well as drive our position in the marketplace as an industry leader in Insights & Analytics

  • Lead and develop the Insights & Analytics Team

  • Lead the relationship and project teams of cross-functional resources to implement programs -- including resources from marketing, IT, finance and external partners.

  • Lead the design and roll-out of analytical platforms intended to understand key business levers to accelerate revenue growth as well as identify opportunities to improve in operational efficiencies.

  • Develop a consumer insights platform with a focus on measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as identifying key consumer trends that will help drive future strategies

  • Consult with all levels of operations' teams to drive improvements with both consumer-centric programs as well operational efficiencies

  • Support client relationships with an emphasis on analytical reporting, client business reviews and opportunity assessments that lead to both growth and client advocacy

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Marketing Research, Data Science, Category Management or Consumer/Marketing Insights functions.

  • Experience working within a service based company strong preferred.

  • Work independently yet collaboratively, within S&E and other enterprise functional areas.

  • Ability to effectively communicate findings, analysis, implications, and recommendations to varied stakeholder audiences, across all levels of the company.

  • Strong problem solving skills - both conceptual and analytical.

  • Strong organizational, project management and time management skills.

  • Ability to translate key learning and insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Ability to present complicated analytical material in a concise and compelling manner.
