Daytime Merchandising Reset Lead - Full Time (Temp) - Pittsburgh, PA

ActionLink is seeking a Daytime Merchandising Team Lead to coordinate the overall execution of household hardware related merchandising services and new display installations in Lowe's.
The ideal fit is a mechanically inclined individual who is service-oriented and can communicate well with others in order to advise and guide a team of individuals through the safe and quality completion of hands-on projects.
$24.00 per hour
W-2 bi-weekly pay schedule
Temporary program starting immediately handling various projects through end of year
40 hours per week per assigned project; 8 hour shifts working Monday-Friday 5:00AM – 2:00PM
1 hour unpaid break included during each shift
Lead team in completing various reset projects and some heavier remodel moves in accordance with safety standards
Travel for various projects; weekly stipend, mileage, and accommodations provided
Follow set instructions and planogram schematics to build and install new display sets
Rearrange metal shelving and assemble new fixtures or gondolas
Move large items (e.g., carpet rolls, plumbing, appliances, construction materials, etc)
Rotate and restock merchandise and other product items
Put up new signage, promotional materials, and pricing stickers
Ability to travel 100% of the time via car and/or plane as requested
Prior retail experience as a merchandiser strongly preferred; however comparable skills and experience will be considered
Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift 50 lbs for extended periods of time
Working knowledge of basic manual and power tools
Access to reliable transportation
Available to work Mondays-Fridays
Access to a smart device for reporting
