We started back in 2008 as a small group of people and now we are a team of 130 members in different roles (service coordinators, implementation project managers, consultants – technical & functional), gathered here in Prague from around 28 nationalities and more than 20 different languages.

As Business Operations Coordinator, your priorities will include driving reporting activities, getting key data & metrics and visualizing (communicating) them further, coordinating & tracking budget spend & driving some internal projects.
This is a part time (20 hours/week) position, with a fixed monthly salary and a potential performance-driven bonus. Initially it’s signed for 6 months, with the option to prolong it.
You will coordinate some key back-office activities – mainly reporting plus some budget handling and projects coordination.
You will be building reports, infographics & dashboards using different tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce ..) - you will visually reflect & illustrate some key results of the team.
You will positively impact the way we work with data & budgets, embracing transparent & data driven decision making.
You will work with different members of our leadership team, understanding the different projects, metrics & KPI’s.
You will help improve our team’s visibility & stakeholder management.

Fluency in English.
Interest in reporting, visual, analytical type of work.
“Go Figure It Out” attitude – ability to work independently.
Good Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel).
Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments.
Nice to have, not required: Good knowledge of MS SharePoint.
