CNH Industrial Manufacturing Engineer Intern in Racine, Wisconsin

The Manufacturing Engineer Intern will gain experience that will include; manufacturing experience, analyzing data in a real world scenario to identify improvement opportunities, project management, experience with assembly/testing methods, and communication with multiple levels of the organization.
The Manufacturing Engineer Intern will be responsible for:
Setting up new production processes
Writing work instructions
Gathering and analyzing data
Verifying Bills of Material
Tracking / setting up new part delivery
Validating and setting up new required tooling
Interacting with Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Assemblers. Auditing processes
Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors degree in; Agriculture, Industrial, or related degree area
Basic Assembly knowledge
Familiarity with Agricultural, Construction, or other large equipment
Farming background a plus
3D modeling knowledge
Lean Manufacturing Knowledge a plus
